Customer

Open https://cloud.scogo.in Click on ‘forgot password’, then enter your registered email ID and click on ‘send’. You will receive a mail to reset password. Click on ‘Reset Password’ then you may enter your new password and click on ‘Set New Password’.

Open https://cloud.scogo.in, click on ‘Login with OTP’, then enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘Send’. You will receive a text message with a 4-digit verification code on your mobile, enter the OTP and Login.

Login to your Scogo account. Open ‘Projects’ tab – Click on the project in Tickets column. Click on ‘New Site’ – Add Site manually – Enter all the details and click on ‘Send’.

Login to your Scogo account. Open ‘Tickets’ tab – Select the project → Click on ‘New Site’ → Upload Multiple sites → Download sample file → Fill the required details and upload the CSV file and then click on ‘Send’.

Login to your Scogo account. Open ‘Tickets’ tab – Select the ticket from Action column. To assign your service partner click on ‘Assign SP manually’ → Select the SP and To assign the ticket to Scogo – Click on “Assign to Scogo”.

Login to your Scogo account. Open ‘Tickets’ tab → Click on ‘Options’ → click on ‘Export CSV.

Login to your Scogo account. . Open ‘Tickets’ tab → Select ‘Closed’ tickets. Click on the ticket number. Go to Ticket Details and Click to get the Sign off report

Login to your Scogo account. . Open ‘Tickets’ tab → Select ‘Closed’ tickets. Click on the ticket number. Go to Ticket Details and Click to get the Sign off report

Login to your Scogo account. Open “Tickets” tab. Select the required project from drop down. Go to Closed Tickets. Check all the checkbox and then click on options → Click on ‘Email Report’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

General

Service partners are the technology field service providers we work alongside to bring the fastest technology service, anywhere, anytime at a consumption based pricing model, for our customers.

Scogo Service partner could be an individual who provides technology service on his own or he could have a force of Field Engineers who will be assigned to a ticket/project.

Field Engineer is a skilled technician under SP (Service Provider) who will work on a ticket and provide on-site help to our customers.

Scogo Service partner will have access to all Scogo tickets in his area and he can choose tickets to work on. After completion of ticket Scogo pays SP in their Scogo wallet. Whereas, FE works for SP, thus he will have access to only those tickets that are assigned to him by his SP. Scogo is not responsible for FE payment. FE gets paid by SP and they can have their own terms of payment.

You can also add Field Engineer using the referral code. Click on ‘My Profile’. Copy the Referral Code and share the same with your FE. FE can self invite using the referral code.
